We are proud to announce that Modulina Straw Panels has officially become a member of the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC) — hosted by the United Nations Environment Programme and now reaching 397 members, including 71 countries, GlobalABC is the leading global platform for all buildings stakeholders committed to a common vision: A zero-emission, efficient and resilient buildings and construction sector.

As part of this global network, Modulina proudly joins the movement toward a regenerative, low-carbon built environment. We are developers of prefabricated, load-bearing timber panels insulated with compressed straw, combining innovative engineering with natural materials. Our straw panels combine high thermal insulation, robust structural strength, and eco-friendly straw cores that sequester CO₂, ensuring energy-efficient, safe, and adaptable buildings.
Buildings are responsible for almost 40% of global energy-related CO₂ emissions — a reminder of how deeply the sector shapes our planet’s future. With with cooperation, innovation, and shared vision, it can evolve from being a major source of emissions to a driving force for climate solutions.
As a GlobalABC member, Modulina gains opportunities to exchange expertise, collaborate with governments, researchers, and industry leaders, and actively contribute to international initiatives advancing sustainable construction. This membership aligns with our commitment to the Paris Agreement goals and reflects our broader mission to create buildings that are environmentally responsible, healthy, and regenerative.
Together, with the community, we continue moving towards a zero-emission, efficient, and resilient buildings and construction sector.
